What Pinfold stands for
We have a set of values that have guided us since the day we started Pinfold. They are there to remind us of what’s important and to help our clients understand what to expect when they work with us. They are not strict rules to be followed but they do keep us focused on what we set out to be when we first opened our doors.
We hope you share some, if not all of them, with us.
Integrity
This is a word that’s found a lot in consulting but it’s still absolutely part of who we are. Our clients value our honesty and transparency. We always keep our promises and we always strive to give a little bit more than we committed ourselves to provide.
Client focus
When we put together a plan, we’ll spend time listening to better understand our client’s market, history, ambitions, challenges and ways of working. We want to tune in to the organisational culture too; we realise it’s not all about knowing the methods and the theories but developing an individual approach. No two clients have had the same ‘boilerplate’. We are well versed in great consulting tools and methods but don’t use them as a plug-in. Each client gets the best of our thinking tailored to their situation, their organisation and their culture.
Collaboration
We are all about partnership working, embedded as one of your team on location. We take responsibility for design and delivery but work hard to transfer accountability and ownership to your team, so that when we leave there are internal, high-performing people enabled to lead future design, delivery and change. We bring diverse teams together to get innovative, amazing results.
Expanding capability and thinking
Working in partnership means we all stand together and through the experience of the programme, we work closely with your teams to transfer skills and capabilities. We share cross-industry ideas and innovation, thinking and analytic skills, storytelling and communication techniques as well as the core design, delivery and change methods. We encourage taking time out for fun lunchtime learning events as well as building in coaching and mentoring sessions.
Big picture thinking
Transformation programmes can be very complex and necessitate the need to go into detail but we believe it’s vital to always keep an eye on the big picture. What are we all aiming to achieve? What value are we delivering? Where do we contribute in the wider ecosystem of our market and industry? How we can make the world and our lives a little better?
And importantly it’s about having a great experience that’s fun, memorable and forges lasting friendships.
